Terms of Service for ISEEKAIGO Companion

1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using ISEEKAIGO Companion ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Our Service
ISEEKAIGO Companion is an AI companion game for anime fans, operated by ISEEKAIGO ("we," "our," or "us") and available on Google Play. The App lets you chat with AI companions, build relationships, create your own companions, explore community-created companions, experience branching visual novel stories, and interact through voice and video features.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly provide the service to them.
4. User Accounts
You may need to create an account, using Google Sign-In, to access some features. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under it. You may request deletion of your account at any time through our account deletion request page at https://preregister.iseekaigo.com/account-deletion-request.
5. AI-Generated Content
Companions in the App are fictional, AI-generated characters. Their responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable in some contexts. AI companions are not real people, and their responses do not constitute professional, medical, legal, or psychological advice. Do not rely on the App for emergency or mental-health support.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the App, such as custom companions and conversations. By publishing a companion to the community, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the App. You are responsible for the content you create and must not publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
We may remove user content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. In-App Purchases and Advertising
The App offers optional in-app purchases, which are processed by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's payment terms. Prices are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable. The App also displays advertising served by Google AdMob.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
- Create or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harmful to minors.
- Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful code.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the App or its AI systems.
- Engage in any fraudulent activity.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (excluding your user content) are owned by ISEEKAIGO or our licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISEEKAIGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (c) any content, including AI-generated content, obtained from the App; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide you with notice, such as through the App or by posting an updated version on our website.
